Hurricane Make-Up Days
Hurricane make-up days are Friday, January 20th; Friday, March 24th and Monday, April 17th.
Adult-Student Golf Tournament
Thursday, January 19th, we have an Adult-Student Golf Tournament at the Miami Springs Country Club starting at 3:00 p.m.
First Annual Talent Show Auditions
Wednesday, January 25th, Student Council is hosting auditions for the First Annual Talent Show. Auditions will be held in Ms. Alexander's classroom starting at 2:00 p.m. The Talent Show is open to students in the first through eighth grade.
Ancient Greek Olympic Festival
On Friday, February 10th, the Seventh Grade class is hosting an Ancient Greek Olympic Festival. More information coming soon.

The Square 1 Art Fundraiser raised just over $700. Most of the items are in - waiting for one more shipment. Will be doing an Avon Sale in January.

All Angels Will Resume After Hurricane Wilma
School will resume Monday, October 31st regardless of whether Miami Dade County Public School opens or not.
Halloween Spooktacular has been Cancelled although there will be some Halloween activities planned for Monday, October 31st.
Due to Hurricane Wilma, unfortunately our Halloween Spooktacular event has been cancelled.
Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery Dinner to be Rescheduled
Also, the Middle School Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery Dinner will be rescheduled. Date and time to be announced shortly.

Halloween Spooktacular
This event will be held during the school day on October 31st, 2005. There will be games, baking contest, jack-o-lantern contests and a writing contest. All grades included.

Pumpkin Carving and Painting Contest
Celebrate Halloween through the time honored tradition of pumpkin carving. All parents (of any grade) and students in grades 4-8 are invited to compete in our pumpkin carving competition. Younger students in grades K - 3rd are invited to compete in our pumpkin painting competition.
All entries in both contest will be judged in the following categories: Most Original, Funniest, Scariest, Best All Around Spirit of Halloween. Bring your pumpkins to school on Monday, October 31st. All participants will receive a certificate. Winners will receive recognition in the Herald Angel. Best All Around winner will receive a fabulous prize. All winners receive bragging rights for a year!

Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery Dinner
The Middle School is hosting a Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery Dinner on Thursday, October 27th at 7:00 p.m. in Martin Hall. Tickets are $15.00 per person and seating is limited.

School Office hours from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Tues., Wed., and Thurs. during the summer.

New Parents for Pre-School and Elementary Orientation (new this year) will be Tuesday, August 9th, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. Old and New students in these grades are also invited to a Jungle Movie Night by the PTO. The movie will be Jungle Book. Come a little early and meet other new parents and students. It will make the first day of school easier for both you and your child when you see familiar faces.
School Teachers will be arriving on Monday, August 15th, 2005.
Head of School Reception is Thursday, August 18th, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rectory. All parents and children are welcome!
Back To School Sunday and Middle School Orientation is on Sunday, August 21st, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. right after our church service. This will be a great time for the parents and students to check out their new class rooms!
School Officially Begins on Monday, August 22nd, 2005.

• School Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
• Pre-School is from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Pre-School lunch (for After Schoolers) is from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Pre-School After School is from 1:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.• Kindergarten is from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Mon. - Fri.
• Elementary and Middle School is from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri.
• Elementary and Middle School is from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Wed.• After School Program runs from 1:10 - 6:00 p.m. Students who are staying late will be required to attend the After School Program 10 minutes after their last class is finished.
